1. Scope

These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your use of celistinashop.com (the “Site”) and any order placed with Celestina Shop (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a legal guardian, to place an order on the Site.

2. Products

We make every effort to describe and illustrate our products accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly depending on your display. Images and packaging are indicative and may change.

Our cosmetics and food supplements are sold for wellbeing purposes. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure, are undergoing treatment, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order.

We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.

4. Orders

The sale is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a breach of these Terms. In that case you are refunded in full.

We may limit quantities ordered per customer, per household or per order.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept the major payment cards and the payment methods shown at checkout. Transactions are handled by a secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we never store full card numbers.

By providing your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method concerned.

6. Shipping

7. Returns and refunds

8. Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account in the event of fraudulent or abusive use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, layout and the Celestina brand — is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability

Our products carry the statutory warranties provided by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by an event beyond our reasonable control: natural disaster, conflict, strike, widespread network failure, administrative decision or similar circumstances.
